The Halo is a semi-geodesic dome tent which takes simplicity to a new level. The Vango Halo 300 consists of 3 equal length alloy poles, a flysheet and a breathable inner tent so in 10 minutes you will have the Halo pitched (saves going to church). The innovative porch configuration gives both a dry area to store gear on the groundsheet and an open section for a stove or muddy boots. The light pack weight and ease of pitching is sure to make this a favourite with D of E disciples.
The Halo 300 is a 3-berth version of the tent which features a breathable polyester inner, 6000mm HH bathtub inner groundsheet and 2-doorways each with the innovative porch groundsheet mentioned earlier. The flysheet is made from Protex HC 5000, a polyester fabric with 5000mm hydrostatic head with fully taped seams and continuous, adjustable external pole sleeves. Within the flysheet are air vents, reinforced guying/pegging points and pole clips. The poles are Powerlite 7001-T6 alloy providing precision and strength with flexibility and corrosion resistance. Comes complete with mesh vents, inner tent pockets, compression stuffsac, reflective external webbing, reflective external zip pullers and 'O' ring guylines to help reduce the number of individual guy lines required.
