The Esquina's are constructed using a very stable semi-geodesic design. Designed to sleep 2 people both models (Stan likes them) offer a great lightweight backpacking tent that will serve you well. The Esquina Plus is larger than the Esquina in that it features an extra pole which extends the front porch/storage area - particularly useful if you are carrying 65 litre + rucksacks or lots of kit. The design of the Esquina's allows it to be struck and re-erected as one. It is extremely light but its aerodynamic design and 7001 T6-alloy poles make it incredibly resilient. The flysheet is constructed using 210T PU coated Diamond Ripstop nylon with taped seams, giving 5000mm of hydrostatic head protection. The groundsheet is 190T PU coated nylon again with 5000mm hydrostatic head; the inner tent is breathable nylon. Continuous poles sleeves, colour coded poles and alloy pegs completes the line-up of features.
