Another new addition to the Outwell Avente Garde range is the Outwell Delaware 5 a large family-sized tunnel tent that will sleep five people in style and is sure to make an impressive sight on any campsite. The sleeping accommodation is arrange in a 3+2 formation along the rear elevation of the tent. In front of the bedroom area is the main living area (measuring a generous 2.5x3.5m) with a sewn-in groundsheet and two side entances providing great in/out flexibility. In front of the living space and connected via a partition doorway is 'panoramic room' so called because of the large panoramic windows in the front panel of the tent. This entire front panel can also be removed to form a large enclosed sun porch area in hot and sunny conditions. The groundsheet for the panoramic room is zip-in and so can be removed if you choose not to use it or if it needs to be cleaned.
The techinical specifications of the Delaware 5 include: the latest Outtex 6000 (6000mm hydrostatic head) 75D Polyester taffeta flysheet with taped seams, breathable 100% polyester universal inner tents, 100% double-coated polyethylene groundsheets with 10,000mm HH waterproof protection, a combination of 19mm and 22mm steel poles, tinted windows with zip-up privacy covers.
