Whether your pronation is normal, over or under the Wolverine ICS sytem can help you just simply turn the disc to what setting suits yoyu best!
Firm - a firmer heel helps return energy and keeps your foot effortlessly moving forward. To combat fatigue, set the disc to firm.
Cushion - good for running or walking on hard surfaces. This setting helps reduce pressure and maximise shock absorption, for an extra boost just set the disc to “cushion”, it really works!
I stands for Inward - If you have low arches or "flat feet", inner heel support helps reduce discomfort caused by the twisting of the foot due to over-pronation. Simply turn the disc so Cushion points towards the inner area you want supported. Set the disc to “I” if your shoes wear excessively on the inner edges.
O stands for Outward - If you have high arches, outer heel support helps reduce stress on your foot due to under-pronation. Set the disc to “O” if your shoes normally wear excessively on the outer edges.
