The Vango Nimbus 300 is the latest tent to join the Vango lightweight range of backpacking and adventure tents. The Nimbus 300 is a 3-man semi-geodesic tent built to withstand poor weather conditions.
The large front porch with increased head height is perfect for hunkering down during poor weather conditions. It also allows you to store plenty of gear and enables you to do a spot of cooking.
The porch also benefits from an apron groundsheet and a multi-function flysheet door that can be opened on either side depending on the weather direction or, it can be rolled up completely to provide an open porch.
As you would expect from a Vango lightweight tent, the Nimbus 300 is packed with top quality materials and features to ensure your trek is unhindered by poor weather. It has a Protex 5000 flysheet (5000mm HH), T6 alloy poles, breathable polyester inner with lightweight but durable polyester groundsheets.
At bang-on 4 kilos this tent is capable of being carried by one person or split between 2 or 3 friends - poles, flysheet, inner. The tent is pitched pitched flysheet first and can be erected in a matter of 12 minutes by one person.
