The Vango Genesis Range is a group of smaller AirBeam tents designed for weekend campers. The small pack-size, speed of erection and ample headroom and living space make these tents ideal for short breaks.
The Vango Genesis 400 will sleep 4 people in comfort and with the high front beam it offers walk-in head height and plenty of head room inside too. The large porch/living space (c. 265x270cm) is ideal for establishing a small dining area, your camping accessories and gear storage. The tent has fully sewn-in groundsheet throughout which prevents draughts, moisture ingress and insect invasions.
The Genesis 400 features twin entry side doors to provide ease and flexibility of access with both doors enjoying mesh double doors to aid ventilation while keeping insects on the outside. There's also four large Diamond Clear windows which let in plenty of daylight. All windows have internal curtains so you can regulate the amount of daylight/privacy levels you require.
The bedroom can be left open for sleeping 4 people or the divider can be deployed in two locations to create a 2+2 berth arrangement. There's separate entrance doors to either side of the inner. The inner tent is made with breathable polyester with the darkened 'Lights Out' fabric to filter the early morning daylight for a more comfortable lie-in!
Vango AirBeam tents are quick and easy to pitch - simply peg out each corner of the tent in place and then inflate the AirBeam inflatable inner tubes with the Vango AirBeam pump (supplied) and the tent effectively pitches itself. Then simply peg out the guys and you are ready to go. Everything is pre-attached, the AirBeam tubes, groundsheet and flysheet and so there's no preparation or assembly required.
During inclement weather, the Vango Genesis 400 has Vango's internal TBS (Tension Band System) for you to deploy. This is a series of webbing straps that can be tightened inside the tent to tension the whole structure.
