Our wannabe "Typhoon
Tycoon" knows that getting your orders to you on time and in
perfect condition is equally as important as "our pile-em-high,
flog-em cheap" policy. Stan's plans for untold wealth
and adulation will only come to fruition, if you, our loyal Stan
fans & Stanetta freaks, are completely at ease with our
shipping methods, which have been painstakingly put together by
Del Boy our Delivery Chief (above). Please therefore take the time to plough
your way through the boring guff below - it will be worth it! |

Processing your order
|
|
If we receive your order before midnight
on a week day (except Fridays), we aim to process it the
following day. However, due to the unprecedented demand we
are currently experiencing for our products, please allow up
to 48 hrs for us to process & despatch your order at this
time.
For orders processed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays,
processing commences the following Monday. We aim to
despatch these orders on Monday and Tuesday. However, please
note that during periods of very high demand it may not be
possible for all orders to leave us on the Monday for next
day delivery and you may have to wait an extra 24 hours for
the despatch of your goods.
Please watch for email confirmation from
our Customer Services team with regards to when your order
has been dispatched to you. Our couriers
collect at 5.00 p.m. every week day evening and deliver
between 8.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. the following day (except
Saturdays).

Deliveries to BFPO

Please Note: Due to new and highly restrictive weight and
measurement maximums imposed by BFPO on consignments, it is no longer possible
for us to ship individual items to BFPO addresses that are in excess of 30kgs.
In addition, for multiple item orders/consignments that exceed 30kgs, these will
have to be shipped as separate items at a cost of £15.00 per item. Please bear
these restrictions in mind when making your purchases.
Deliveries to International Destinations
Please note that the following rates are for orders that we can pack into a
single box up to a maximum of 30 kilos in weight. If your order cannot be packed
into a single box or exceeds the 30 kilos limitation, a surcharge will be
payable. We will contact you to gain your approval for any such surcharge.

consignment will be responsible for any taxes and/or duties that may be incurred

deliver according to service schedules, unforeseen
circumstances can always intervene and we cannot be
held liable for any subsequent service breakdown. |

Delivery Procedures
|
|
For UK deliveries, Del Boy the Delivery
Chief respectfully asks you to ensure that someone will be
at the delivery address you provide to sign for the parcel
between the hours of 8.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
(preferably scantily clad with a garter so he can recognise
you - er, that's for the ladies of course!). Alternatively,
you may wish to give him a workplace address to ensure
someone is available to sign. If we have to issue a
redirection notice to our courier to deliver to a different
delivery address (i.e. other than the one you specified when
you ordered) this will incur a charge of £6.00.
Del Boy cannot leave a parcel at an
address unless it can be signed for (no a paw print
 will not suffice).
If there is nobody at the address when Del arrives, don't
worry; he will leave his calling card asking you to call his
local depot to arrange an
alternative delivery time and date (he will only ask you out
on a date if you really are a stunner). You will have 5 days
within which to contact the depot before they send the goods
back to us. If they do send the goods back but you still
require them, we will have to charge you £6.00 for handling
and re-delivery.

Speed of Deliveries
|
|
|
Del Boy is a bit of a lad and
would-be gigolo who loves to impress the girls when
he's out in his van. That means it's hard to keep
him off the road! As a consequence, assuming you
placed your order before midnight and your goods
were in stock when you ordered, selecting our
"Standard delivery" at checkout will mean that he
will promptly whisk your goods from our warehouse at
5.00 p.m. prompt and be out delivering between 8.00
a.m. and 5.30 p.m. the following day. If you require
a timed delivery, please select "A.M. delivery" or
"P.M. delivery" when checking out. This will
guarantee that your delivery will reach you either
in the morning (if you select A.M.) or in the
afternoon (if you select P.M.). This service will
cost £7.50 for orders over £250 and £10 under £250.
If you order before noon Tuesday
to Friday, you order will be processed the same day
and you will receive delivery the next working day
(in the case of Friday, that means Monday). Due to
heavy demand on Monday’s (processing weekend orders)
we’d need to have your order by midnight Sunday to
ensure processing on Monday for delivery Tuesday. |

Once we have processed your order, assuming your goods were
in stock when you ordered, selecting our "Standard delivery"
at checkout will mean that Del will be able to promptly
whisk your goods from our warehouse by 5.00 p.m. and be out
delivering between 8.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. the following
day.
If you require a timed delivery, please
select "A.M. delivery" or "P.M. delivery" when checking out.
This will guarantee that your delivery will reach you either
in the morning (if you select A.M.) or in the afternoon (if
you select P.M.). This service will cost £7.50 for orders
over £100 and £10 under £100. Please ensure that someone is at home or your place of work
to sign for the delivery. You'll know when Del Boy has
arrived as a whiff of his aftershave could stop a full grown
silverback in its tracks. If no one is available to sign,
Del will merely take the consignment back to the local
deport and post you a card giving details or the consignment
number, the depot address and telephone number to call.
Please note that Del does not deliver on weekends (as he’s
in a horrible state after attending Northern Soul nights at
Wigan Pier).

Special Deliveries
|
|
As indicated above, you can specify a
week day A.M. delivery, a week day P.M. delivery (for a
surcharge) or select our Standard delivery for an unspecified
time.
Saturday A.M. deliveries are also available for mainland UK
deliveries at a charge of £25. |
