Processing your order

If we receive your order before midnight on a week day, we would normally aim to process it the following working day and have it out to you that day for delivery the next day.

For orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, processing commences the following Monday. We aim to despatch these orders on that Monday for delivery Tuesday. However, please note that during periods of very high demand it may not be possible for all orders to leave us on the Monday for next day delivery and you may have to wait an extra 24 hours for the despatch of your goods. You will be emailed once your order is dispatched so you are aware of when to expect delivery.

Our couriers collect at 5.00 p.m. every week day evening and deliver between 8.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. the following day (except Saturdays).

Deliveries to BFPO
£15 per delivery
Please Note: Due to new and highly restrictive weight and measurement maximums imposed by BFPO on consignments, it is no longer possible for us to ship individual items to BFPO addresses that are in excess of 30kgs. In addition, for multiple item orders/consignments that exceed 30kgs, these will have to be shipped as separate items at a cost of £15.00 per item. Please bear these restrictions in mind when making your purchases.

Deliveries to International and Other Destinations
Please note that the following rates are for orders that we can pack into a single box up to a maximum of 30 kilos in weight. If your order cannot be packed into a single box or exceeds the 30 kilos limitation, a surcharge will be payable. We will contact you to gain your approval for any such surcharge.

NB. All of the above rates are for carriage only. The recipient of the consignment will be responsible for any taxes and/or duties that may be incurred at the point of entry.

Customers should note that while we and our courier partners will always attempt to deliver according to service schedules, unforeseen circumstances can always intervene and we cannot be held liable for any subsequent service breakdown.

Delivery Procedures

For UK deliveries, Del Boy the Delivery Chief respectfully asks you to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address you provide to sign for the parcel between the hours of 8.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (preferably scantily clad with a garter so he can recognise you - er, that's for the ladies of course!). Alternatively, you may wish to give him a workplace address to ensure someone is available to sign. If we have to issue a redirection notice to our courier to deliver to a different delivery address (i.e. other than the one you specified when you ordered) this will incur a charge of £6.00.

Del Boy cannot leave a parcel at an address unless it can be signed for (no a paw print will not suffice). If there is nobody at the address when Del arrives, don't worry; he will leave his calling card asking you to call his local depot to arrange an alternative delivery time and date (he will only ask you out on a date if you really are a stunner). You will have 5 days within which to contact the depot before they send the goods back to us. If they do send the goods back but you still require them, we will have to charge you £6.00 for handling and re-delivery.

In addition to our 10 A.M., Noon and SMS Text notification deliveries we can also offer a Saturday A.M. delivery service. Again this service is restricted to the UK Mainland (excluding the Highlands of Scotland) and the charges are £20.00 for orders under £100 in value and £15.00 for orders over £100 in value.
