in our après ski avalanche of skiing/winter themed and
skier's favourite cocktails and drinks for the crocked.

This festival for the fuddled consists of
recipes from Baileys, Captain Morgan and Smirnoff. While you
are delighting in this cornucopia for the canned, your
cyberspace carouser the Sultan of Souse is, as we speak,
trying new methods of merriness to slide back to the
speakeasy. |

Cappuccino (4 oz coffee w/1 oz cream
sugar)

1½ oz Smirnoff Red (80)
1 oz melon liqueur
1 oz blue curacao
splash each with pineapple juice and grenadine & a dash of
sweet n' sour.
Shake with ice and strain.

½ oz Smirnoff Red
½ oz coffee liqueur
½ oz amaretto
2 oz heavy cream
shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Dust with nutmeg
