For 2010 the Orchy has been significantly improved with an extended front pole which replaces the previously short, eyebrow pole. This new pole creates a new cross-over point which strengthens the front of the tent significantly. The other features of the Orchy's remain unchanged. The Orchy's have been designed for families and groups who want a great value tent, with good head height and no compromises when it comes to living area or sleeping accommodation. The fully sewn-in groundsheet and flexible doorways add to the comfort and flexibility of these tents. The layout of the tent features a 6-berth inner (although more comfortable sleeping just five) with a divider curtain. The living space is very generous for this type of tent measuring approx. 300x320cm. At the front of the living space there is a large panel front door and a side 'J' door with mesh double door. Other features include, two 'Crystal Clear' windows to the front with internal covers and one side panel window, sky lights, multiple vents, a Protex 3000 durable polyester flysheet (3000mm hydrostatic head), taped seams, colour coded poles, flysheet first pitching, breathable polyester inner with mesh vents, cable entry point, pre-angled Powerflex fiberglass poles, storm skirt system, storage pockets, lantern hanging point, carry bag, repair kit.
