Exclusive to Outdoor Megastore, a fantastic value family Vango tunnel-dome tent that sleeps 4 or 5 (plenty of room for the servants) in the tunnel sleeping compartment (comes with divider curtain) and offering a very spacious 2.1m x 2.6m living area with 1.9m head height. The Vango Iowa 500 also offers a canopied front door, two large 'Crystal Clear' PVC windows (with mesh vent inserts) with internal flap covers. The living area groundsheet is a 'riser' groundsheet which means it has a lip all the way round that attaches to the flysheet (via a series of toggles) and ensures that no drafts or water seepage can permeate the inside of the tent. The flysheet is fire retardant Protex 2000 polyester (2000mm hydrostatic head) with taped seams and the frame is fibreglass. The frame is external to the tent making this tent pitchable flysheet first. The inner tent is breathable polyester with double doors for maximum protection against insects but still remaining breathable. Comes in durable, handled carry bag.
