The Vario 9 doubles as either a Vario 5 with an elongated living area, or, with the addition of the annexe, the Vario 9 itself. The annexe is fully detachable but is easy to add when you want to increase the sleeping capacity by an extra 4 people (the mother in law and three cronies from the Bingo). Even without the annexe the Vario 9 is a very large tent with an enormous 4mx3.5m living area and two separate inner tents capable of sleeping 5 people in total. The annexe creates two further bedrooms either side of the main tunnel accessed by two of the entrance/exit doors of the main tunnel.
The features of this fabulous tent include; breathable polyester inners with PE groundsheets; snow valance/draught excluder; sewn-in groundsheet throughout; internal pockets, colour coded poles, colour coded inner tent suspension, fluorescent zips and webbing, X-Flex shatterproof poles (with 5 year warranty), 2 internal organizers, 190T polyester flysheet with taped seams (hydrostatic head of 3000mm), pitched flysheet first, compression bag and repair kit provided.
