The Outwell Sun Valley Tents have been dramatically re-styled for the 2008 season - much for the better in our view. Rather than the front face the tent being angled, as in previous years, it is now perpendicular and a zip-off front awning has been added which creates a whole new sheltered space. The groundsheet is now fully sewn in (Stanetta's chastity belt?) throughout the tent whereas previously, the internal porch had a detachable groundsheet. Apart from these major changes, the Outwell Sun Valley tents continue to stretch the boundaries of fibreglass hoop design tunnel tents. These large, airy tunnel tents have multiple panoramic Vent-View windows with new, bottom-up curtains to enhance privacy. Plenty of exit/entrance options are provided by the two large side doors (which double as sun canopies) and the new 'U' front door. Pitched flysheet first or as one, the Outwell Sun Valley 8 tent has the new 3+3 universal inner tent, one or both halves of which can be removed when not in use to provide more living space, plus a removable 2-berth inner which is ideal for visiting guests.
