Revised for the 2006 season, the Almeria is a nicely proportioned 4-pole tent with a large front door (that can be propped to form a sun canopy) and two enormous side doors (great for herding Yak) so giving lots of flexibility. The living area groundsheet is pre-attached. The bedroom allows for 3 adults but with a squeeze a 4th might be possible. The construction materials for this tent are impressive; polyester Taffeta 190T PU coated flysheet with 2000mm hydrostatic head and taped seams; a polyethylene groundsheet; mosquito-proof breathable polyester Taffeta inner tent; mosquito net double door; polyester Oxford PU coated pole sleeves; multiple guy attachment points with reflective bands; 4 vents with mosquito mesh; 8.5mm fibreglass pole frame.
