A great value, versatile frame tent commended by Camping magazine as one of the best tents in its class (it never flicks ink on teachers tweed jacket). The front panel of the tent contains a U-shaped door and two window panels either side of the door. The great thing is that this entire front panel can be zipped off to give totally free access to this area of the tent or, it can be zipped back into place further back inside the tent to form a sun porch (you should be so lucky). This also means that the kitchen can be placed in the sun porch area (for safety) and also means that condensation from cooking will not remain within the confines of the tent. The tent comes with one two-berth inner and one four-berth inner that are separated by a storage/hanging area. The four-berth inner also has a dividing curtain. Each inner is made of cotton and has a polyethylene sewn-in floor. The roof of the flysheet is made of robust 280 g/m2 cotton with 230 g/m2 to the sidewalls. The pitching is frame first. The frame is made from 20mm steel spring-linked poles. Available in Marine Blue/Grey/Silver.
