The Coleman Mackenzie's are a new range of family tunnel tents with some excellent new innovations to add that feel of luxury. For example, the groundsheet is fully sewn-in and the 2-berth bedroom inners are fully removable (in case you need extra living accommodation). In addition, these tents come with large panel doorways (with panoramic windows in them) and a zip-on sun porch as standard. In the case of the Coleman Mackenzie X8 it offers 4x2-berth inners and no less that 5 large doorways, one to the front and two to each side. There is an eyebrow pole over each of the side doors to help keep out the worst of the weather when left open. In each of the five doors and also on two of the additional side panels are large panoramic windows with adjustable window covers so that you can adjust the light (and your privacy). The sturdy Wrapflex fiberglass pole construction ensures rigidity (Stan swears by the blue pills) even though this tent offers sizeable dimensions and great head height. The materials that go into the Mackenzie's are a 4000mm HH PU coated Polyester flysheet with taped seams. The inner tents are breathable polyester with no see-um-mesh. Sewn-in PE groundsheets to both the bedrooms and living area. Included with the tent are a set of porch poles, sun canopy, and carry bag.
