The Cadac Carri Chef Deluxe Barbecue includes five interchangeable cooking surfaces; a BBQ, Skottel Wok, non-stick smooth plate, non-stick ribbed griddle (Stanetta prefers a basque) and a pot stand. Also included is the ventilated dome cover to create an oven effect when using the barbecue. It has a versatile condiments tray (can juggle and walk a tightrope) and includes a free full colour recipe book. When collapsed the detachable, lightweight aluminium legs can be stored with the BBQ unit in one main bag and three separate protective sleeves. The unit operates directly off a hose and regulator (not supplied) connected to a larger type refillable gas cylinder. Also comes with push button auto ignition, fat collecting pan and a 3 stage gas valve control. The grill plate is 37cms in diameter, the BBQ grid 44cm in diameter and the Skottel Wok 50cm in diameter. Working height 75cms and weight is 13.25kgs.
