The Esquina's are constructed using a very stable semi-geodesic design. Designed to sleep 2 people both models offer a great lightweight backpacking tent that will serve you well (canapés and cheese and pineapple on a stick for a start). A trusted favourite with the expeditioner and mountaineer alike, the design of the Esquina allows it to be struck and re-erected as one. It is extremely light but its aerodynamic design and 7001 T6-alloy poles make it incredibly resilient. The flysheet is constructed using 210T PU coated Diamond Ripstop nylon with taped seams, giving 5000mm of hydrostatic head protection. The groundsheet is 190T PU coated nylon again with 5000mm hydrostatic head; the inner tent is breathable nylon. Continuous poles sleeves, colour coded poles and alloy pegs completes the line-up of features.
